- Browsing data collected automatically through Google Analytics: pages visited, device type, browser, approximate country and the source of the visit (for example an ad or a search engine).
How we use it
- To answer your enquiry, send a quote and deliver the agreed service.

- To measure and improve the website and our advertising, in aggregate form.
- We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
Third parties and tools
- Google Analytics for traffic measurement, and Google Ads and Meta for advertising measurement when campaigns run. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
- WhatsApp for communication; conversations are subject to WhatsApp’s privacy policy.
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website and its forms.
- Turnitin and AI-detection tools for file checks, using an account that does not store your file in the database.
Cookies
The website uses analytics and advertising cookies only to measure usage and performance. They are not used to identify you personally.
Data retention
We keep your academic files for the duration of the service and for up to 6 months after delivery for revisions, then delete them. You may request deletion at any time after delivery by email or WhatsApp, and we confirm the deletion in writing within 7 days. Contact details are kept while there is an ongoing relationship.
Confidentiality and security
Only the specialist assigned to your service and the coordination team see your files. We never mention client names, universities or thesis titles in marketing material without written permission. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted file access.
