Editorial Policy: How Mastermind PhD Content Is Made
Last updated: 22 September 2026
Who is responsible for the content?
Every article, guide and service page on this website is attributed to the Mastermind PhD team as the responsible entity, not to individuals. Mastermind PhD is an Egyptian academic-support service based in Alexandria, working for 5 years with master’s and PhD students in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the Gulf across all disciplines, with 14 services.
Why do we not publish specialists' names?
Because our policy is confidentiality for both sides: we never mention clients’ names, universities or thesis titles, and we do not publish the names of the specialists who work on their files. In return, every client is told the assigned specialist’s field and academic degree before work starts and meets them in a scheduled call. Disclosure is private to the client, not public on the internet.
How do we choose topics?
We start from the real questions students send us on WhatsApp and email, from common searches in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and from the recurring issues our specialists see while working on theses. Each article aims to answer one specific question in a way you can apply.
What do we rely on?
University guidelines and regulations, the APA 7th edition manual, the official documentation of SPSS, AMOS, SmartPLS and Turnitin, and peer-reviewed studies. Figures are cited with their source, and prices mentioned in articles follow the published pricing page.
How do we update and correct content?
The last-updated date is shown on every article. We review the most-read articles at least every three months and update prices when they change. If you find an error or outdated information, email info@mastermindphd.com and we will correct or clarify within 7 working days.
Drafting tools
We may use digital tools, including AI tools, to organise, draft and proofread material. Responsibility for the accuracy and suitability of the content remains with the Mastermind PhD team.
Limits of the content
Articles are general educational material and do not replace your university’s regulations or your supervisor’s guidance. We do not promise the decisions of examination committees or journals, and we do not give legal or medical advice. Paid services are described on the service pages and are governed by the Terms.
Advertising and links
We publish no paid third-party content. External links point to sources only, and internal links point to our own services and are clearly presented as such.
